Asia-Pacific Arbitration Reporter (APAR) features commentaries and primary source material on arbitration-related cases and developments from around the Asia-Pacific region. The articles analyse important regional developments pertaining to court decisions on arbitration, arbitral awards in public domain, and amendments to arbitration legislation and rules of arbitral institutions.
The inaugural issue of APAR ([2015] 1 APAR) contains 19 articles, contributed by ten country reporters and one international law reporter (covering Australia, China and Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and international law relating to arbitration).
